Use this form if you are applying to add an unmetered service to your existing account or have a new service to connect.

Please submit your application via email to billing@jacanaenergy.com.au or via post to Jacana Energy, GPO Box 1785, Darwin NT 0801.  All approved application will be forwarded to Power & Water within 5 business days. 

When submitting your application to us, please make sure you have sent all required documentation to Power & Water too.
