Electricity retail prices charged to residential and business customers (those consuming less than 750 megawatt hours of electricity per year) are regulated by the NT Government through the Electricity Pricing Order.

The NT Government provides subsidised electricity to households and businesses through the community service obligation (CSO). This is currently being updated in a three-phase electricity pricing reform process.

Jacana Energy’s terms and conditions for standard retail contracts also apply.

The below tariffs are valid from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
