You can pay your bill at any Australia Post outlet. You can pay your bill at any Australia Post office or outlet. They accept most payment methods, including cash and BasicsCard.

Make your cheque payable to Jacana Energy, then mail it along with your invoice, invoice number or account number to: GPO Box 1785, Darwin NT 0801.

Northern Territory Government employees can arrange payroll deductions to pay their bills. If you are eligible, supply your Account Number to your payroll centre and advise the amount you would like deducted fortnightly.
