Are you due for a refund?
If you’ve got a credit amount on your account, you can apply to have this paid out to you. Here's how it works:
- If it’s under $999.99, you can request a refund over the phone during business hours. Phone us on 1800 522 262.
- If you’re on the Stay Connected program, it’s a little bit different. Ring us on 1800 522 262 to talk about your options.
- For larger amounts, fill out the Residential credit refund form, return it to us and we’ll get your refund to you as soon as we can. Once completed, you can return the form by email to customercare@jacanaenergy.com.au or by mail to Jacana Energy, GPO Box 1785, Darwin NT 0801.
Please be aware, bank transfer refunds take between 7-10 working days to be credited to your nominated account. Posted cheque refunds can take up to 21 days to be received.
