Rod Hayes joined Jacana Energy in September 2024 and has worked in the utilities sector since 1996.
His previous experience includes 5 years as Managing Director of Horizon Power as well as senior leadership positions in several innovative renewable energy companies.
Rod has a strong track record of business strategy development, particularly with renewables. He also is well versed in leading cultural and system improvements.
Rod has a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of Tasmania, practised as a chartered accountant and has completed the Advanced Management Program with INSEAD.
