Energy Customer and Community Forum

Jacana Energy is working hard to make electricity easy. We’re focussed on providing a great customer experience while delivering smart energy solutions for the Territory.  

The only way we’re going achieve this is with your input.  

We’re looking for customers to provide us with advice and guidance by becoming members of our Energy Customer and Community Forum (ECCF).  

ECCF members will be given the opportunity to review and comment on our initiatives to improve customer experience. This includes providing feedback on relevant strategic initiatives we are undertaking and reviewing as part of our annual Energy Charter Disclosure.  

The ECCF is seeking members from individual customers to advocates of businesses, not-for-profit and community organisations, and other agencies. We understand that our customers all have different needs, and we would like to have a diverse range of representatives on the ECCF. 

Eligibility 

To become a member of the ECCF, you must: 

  • be a Jacana Energy customer, or be a member of an organisation that represents Jacana Energy customers
  • live in the Northern Territory 
  • be available for quarterly meetings – online video conference options will be provided for those living outside of Darwin.

To apply for the forum, read our Terms of Reference and fill out the form below. Remuneration may be available for individuals who become a member. 

Applications close on Sunday 7 April 2024. Successful applicants will be required to attend quarterly meetings for a term of two years starting in May 2024.
