Learn more about these great causes:

One in five young Australians are affected by mental illness each year. The ‘Uplift Program’ aims to empower young Territorians to be healthy, happy and connected.

The program is for 16–25-year old’s who are experiencing mental health or other life challenges such as anxiety, symptoms of depression, or stress. It’s a unique 6-week program that combines 40-55 minutes of fitness with 20-50 minutes of learning modules.

‘Racquets and Red Dust’ promotes healthy living and wellbeing by introducing tennis to more than 600 indigenous youth throughout the NT each year. This program encourages school attendance and opens new doors into the world of sport.

Total Recreation support people in the community who are living with a disability, as well as their families and carers.

To help combat loneliness, the ‘Rec Room’ is used as an inclusive community centre for dance and art workshops, fitness activities, after school and youth programs.
