System upgrades

We’ve been working with Power and Water to upgrade our systems since June. Whilst the upgrades have been successful some customers are experiencing bill delays as we work through a backlog of requests.  

Bill delays

Some customers have not been issued their latest bill. We are aware of the issue and working with Power and Water to resolve this as fast as we can. 

We apologise for the inconvenience and understand that receiving your bill late can be difficult and may not align with your pay cycle. If you need more time to pay, we have flexible payment options including extensions and payment plans. View our financial support page for more information.
