Your next bill may be delayed. We’ll contact customers directly if we expect an extended delay to billing.
Some services will be unavailable during the upgrade including:
- Customer transfers from another electricity retailer
- Meter upgrade requests
- Usage data requests

MyAccount will be unavailable from 6pm Friday 27 June to Monday 7 July. Our online payment portal is unaffected.
