We’re working with Power and Water to upgrade our systems. During this time, you may experience delays to our services including billing.
Some services will be unavailable or delayed during the upgrade including:
- Customer transfers from another electricity retailer
- Meter upgrade requests
- Usage data requests
- Same-day electricity connections.
We have now restored our regular services with Power and Water. Customers may continue to experience some delays as we work through a backlog of requests.
Bill delays
Some customers have not been issued their latest bill due to delays receiving usage data from Power and Water. We expect to issue any remaining bills by mid-September.
We apologise for the inconvenience and understand that receiving your bill late can be difficult and may not align with your pay cycle. If you need more time to pay, we have flexible payment options including extensions and payment plans. View our financial support page for more information.
