Business Account Refunds

If you’ve got a credit amount on your business account, you can apply to have this paid out to you. Here's how the process works:

For all refunds, simply fill out the online credit refund form and we’ll get your refund to you as soon as we can.

Bank transfer refunds take between 7-10 working days to be credited to your nominated account.
